Only use kitchen cleaners that are especially made for cleaning stainless steel. Always be sure to rinse the cleaners off from the surface as bluish stains may occur during heating that cannot be removed. Gentle scouring with a soapy scouring pad will remove most spots. 2. Place the correct Burner Caps at each of the burner locations. Each of the Burner Heads MUST have a Burner Cap installed to insure proper ignition and gas flame size (See Figure 2). 3. Place the 2 (two) or 3 (three) cast iron Burner Grates supplied with the range. Carefully lift the burners grates on to the cooktop over the burners.
