Disconnect thermal device connector from control board socket. Make sure contacts are clean and secure. Measure resistance of the thermal device. If reading is not correct, replace mo

Disengage gun trigger safety. 5. Hold gun against grounded metal flushing pail. Trigger gun and increase fluid pressure 1/2 turn. Flush 1 minute. 6. Inspect for leaks. Do not stop leaks with hand or a rag! If leaks occur, perform Pressure Relief Procedure, page 8. Tighten fittings. Perform Startup, steps 1 - 5. If no leaks, proceed to step 7. 7.
