NULL pointer de-reference in iether driver function “iether_send_complete” causes a “Data
Key Miss Fault,” which causes a system crash.
4 Known problems and limitations

Installing IEther-00 B.11.23.1107 with TSO enabled causes a system panic.
If you install IEther-00 version B.11.23.1107 on a server with TSO enabled for certain cards,
the system panics. This problem occurs with the following cards: AD337A, AD338A, AD339A,
447883-B21, 445978-B21.
This problem will be corrected in a future release of the IEther-00 bundle.
Workarounds:

If you have TSO enabled and you do not need any of the fixes described in Table 1
(page 3)
, then do not install this version of IEther-00.

If you need one or more of the fixes described in Table 1 (page 3), then disable TSO
before installing this version of IEther-00.
To disable TSO on each specific interface, use the lanadmin command to set the “vmtu”
tunable to 0 for each PPA (Physical Point of Attachment) number. For example:
# lanadmin -X vmtu 0
