You will hear the voice message automatically if a valid message is received by your radio. SENDING A MESSAGE 1. Make sure the radio is turned ON, and the proper Channel and System have been selected. 2. Press and hold the CLR switch and then adjust the VOLUME controls for the desired listening level.
