To access the full benefits of the talking heart rate monitor, set up your user profile before you exercise. This will help you keep track of the calories burned over time. To set the user profile: Follow the instructions in the Setting Mode section to select “User Profile” and change the sub-menu settings. NOTE You can adjust your user profile at any time.
