Viewing periodical reports Report Samples Alerts Severity Summary Report Consumables Forecast Details Device Availability Report Toner Life Cycle Details Total Usage Report 6.Settings Overview User Management User Accounts User account types •Local Account : You can create and add accounts directly to SyncThru™ Admin 5. •Domain Account : You can add accounts from a domain server. •LDAP Account : You can add accounts from an LDAP server. Viewing user accounts •Type : Shows the user type, Local, Domain or LDAP •Account : Shows the user account. •Name : Shows the user’s name. •Email : Shows the user’s email address. •Roles : Shows what kind of role the account has. •Modify : Click to make role modifications. You can assign specific roles to the user accounts. Adding user accounts 1.From SyncThru™ Admin 5, click Settings menu > Settings > User Management > User Accounts. Add Account window appears. You can see the added user account in the Account List. Deleting user accounts 1.From SyncThru™ Admin 5, click Settings menu > Settings > User Management > User Accounts. User Roles Adding user roles 1.From SyncThru™ Admin 5, click Settings menu > Settings > User Management > User Roles. Add Roles window appears. You can see the role in the Role List. Select the roles you want to configure permissions. You can see the number of permissions on the Role List. Deleting user roles 1.From SyncThru™ Admin 5, click Settings menu > Settings > User Management > User Roles. Modifying user roles 1.From SyncThru™ Admin 5, click Settings menu > Settings > User Management > User Roles. The Modify Permission window appears. Change permissions and click OK/Apply.
