Start the machine momentarily and verify proper direction of rotation. Electric Heat Connect a permanent electrical power supply to the line terminals of the control box. The tank water temperature is regulated by a solid-state thermostat which is preset at the factory and should not require adjustment. If an adjustment is necessary or the machine is to operate low temperature, contact your local Hobart service office. Use the machine thermometers for verification of proper water temperatures. –
