This monitor comes with two sizes of arm cuffs: Standard Size Fits 9.5"–14.2" (24 cm – 36 cm) Large Size Fits 13.4"–18.1" (34 cm – 46 cm) The appropriate cuff is suitable for your use if the colored arrow falls within the solid color line as shown below. If the Arrow falls outside of the Solid Color Line, you need a cuff with another circumference. For circumferences less than 9.5", contact HoMedics Consumer Relations.
