Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the Document Centre in the Address or Location field. 2. Click the Properties tab or click Properties in the directory tree. 3. Select Connectivity, then select Physical Connections in the directory tree. 4. Select Token Ring in the directory tree. 5. Select the desired Rated Speed from the drop-down list, either 4 or 16 Mbps. 6. Type the machine address in M.A.C. Address. 7. Select None, All Broadcasts, or Single Routes Broadcasts from the Source Routing drop-down list. 8. You can configure options for Appletalk, Banyan VINES, NetWare, TCP/IP, SNMP, Microsoft Networking, LPR/LPD, and Port 9100 Printing. Appletalk 1. Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the Document Centre in the Address or Location field. 2. Click the Properties tab or click Properties in the directory tree. 3. Select Connectivity, then select Protocols in the directory tree. 4. Select Appletalk in the directory tree. 5. Select Protocol Enabled to enable Appletalk. 16. If your Document Centre has an enabled token ring card, select either Ethernet or Token Ring from the Physical Connection drop-down list. 7. Type a name (up to 32 characters) for the Document Centre in Printer Name. 8. Click Apply New Settings to accept the changes or Restore Settings to return the settings to their previous values. Type a New User Password for the PCPRINT user name and then confirm this password by typing it again in Retype Password. 8. Type the Document Centre’s StreetTalk name in Print Service Name. 9. Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the Document Centre in the Address or Location field. 2. Click the Properties tab or click Properties in the directory tree. 3. Select Connectivity, then select Protocols in the directory tree. 4. Select NetWare in the directory tree. 5. Select Protocol Enabled to enable NetWare. 6. If your Document Centre has an enabled token ring card, select either Ethernet or Token Ring from the Physical Connection drop-down list. • Select an Ethernet or Token Ring Frame Type from the drop- down list. 7. Type a polling rate for the print server (1 - 65536 seconds) in Queue Poll Interval. 16. Internet Services Xerox Document Centre System Administration Guide Page 16 - 53 8. Type the Print Server Name. 9. Type a New Print Server Password for the print server and then type it again to confirm in Retype Password. 10. Select Protocol Enabled to enable SAP (Service Advertising Protocol). 11. Type the SAP Frequency (from 15 -300 seconds or enter 0 for none). 12. For NetWare Bindery, type the names of up to four primary File Servers for the Document Centre. 13. For NetWare NDS (NetWare Directory Services), type a directory tree and context for the Document Centre in NDS Tree and NDS Context. 14. Click Apply New Settings to accept the changes or Restore Settings to return the settings to their previous values. NOTE The settings are not applied until you restart the Document Centre.
