These functions and parameters are marked by an [880] symbol. If MIDI messages marked by an [880] symbol are transmitted to another GS format sound module oder to the SC-88/88Pro, these messages will not be recognized. In addition, functions and messages which were added to the SC-88 (and not found on previous GS format sound modules) are marked by an {88] symbol, and functions and parameters which were added to the SC-88Pro (and not found on the SC-88) are marked by a [Pro] symbol. The SC-880 receives the lower byte of the Bank Select message (control number 32) to switch the Tone Set When the lower byte of the Bank Select message is 00H, the Tone Set specified in Tone mode will be selected.
