Back cover * For LBT-W900AV/XB800AV only **For the European model only Getting Started Step 1: Hooking up the system Follow steps 1 through 5 to hook up your system using the supplied cords and accessories. AM loop antenna FM antenna Center speaker Right front Left front speaker speaker Right rear speaker Left rear speaker The above illustration is of the LBT-DR7AV. 1 Connect the speakers. 1 Connecting the front speakers Connect the speaker cords to FRONT SPEAKER jacks. Red/Solid (O) Black/Stripe (O) 2 Connecting the center speaker Notes • If “PUSH POWER” appears in the display when you turn on the system, press 1/uto turn off the system and check the speaker connections. • Keep the speaker cords away from the antennas to prevent noise. • Insert only the stripped portion of the cord. Inserting the vinyl portion will interfere with the speaker connection and no sound will come from the speaker. 2 Connect the FM/AM antennas. Set up the AM loop antenna, then connect it. Except for European models Extend the FM wire antenna horizontally. Connect the speaker cords to the SURROUND SPEAKER CENTER jacks. If the supplied adapter on the plug does not fit your wall outlet, detach it from the plug (only for models equipped with an adapter). 5 Deactivate the demonstration mode by pressing DISPLAY (for LBTW900AV/ XB800AV only) or DEMO (STANDBY) (for other models) while the system is off.
