Amcor’s sole obligation under this warranty is to replace, or, at Amcor’s option, to repair, free to charge, all defective parts, for a period of one (1) year from date original purchase. ANY IMPLIEDWARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY IS SIMILARLY LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AND NO ACTION BASED UPON ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABlLITY OR OTHERWISE MAY BE COMMENCED AFTER EXPIRATION OF ONE (1)YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
