Retighten the Cover Locking Screws and remove the Cover. • After mounting and wiring the pan/tilt head, replace the cover. • Engage on the Base Plate with the mounting groove in the Cover and tighten it with screws. 2. When mounting directly to flat ceiling: • Make four holes for mounting the pan/tile head. (Screws are not provided.) • Holes in the head are 5/8*(8mm). tL 3. When using the mounting bracket(WV-7030) * Use four hex head bolts, plain washers, lock washers and hex nuts (provided with the WV-7030) as shown below. • After wiring, replace the cover. 4, Mount the low voltage camera on the mounting plate.. Mount the TV Camera and lens to the mounting plate using with the camera mounting screw. u within 1-5/8’{5 cm) Caution: • Use the TV camera of AC 24V. • Mount the camera and lens at a center {within 1 -5/8*) of these length to the mounting plate. CAUTION: When carrying unit do not grasp by the case. Instead, support entire unit with hands when transporting. 5. Mount the indoor camera housing (WV-7110) on the Mounting Plate. • Remove the Camera Guide Pin to B position from A position. • Mount the camera housing using with the Camera Mounting Screw. 6. Mount the indoor Camera housing (WV-7120D) on the Mounting Plate. • Remove the Camera Guide Pin to C position from A position. • After mounting the camera housing with using the Camera Mounting Screw, mount the TV Camera on it. If the installation is to be upside-down, the Pan Left-right and Tilt Up-Down directions will be reversed. This must be considered when the wiring done. In this case, replace 1 and 2 pins of CN1 and CN2. If the pre-wired cable WV-CA51 is used, replace them as the above using with MOLEX bland tool 57031 -6000. • Wiring for Pan/Tilt and Motorized Zoom, Focus, Iris Control Control Voltage Control Current ZOOM TELE -6V DC WIDE +6V DC FOCUS NEAR -6V DC Less than 100 mA FAR +6V DC IRIS OPEN -6V DC CLOSE +6V DC When using a camera with motorized zoom, focus and iris, these connections should be made. Note: Lens control cable should be approx. sufficient room for Pan/Tilt 39’ to allow • Wiring of Coaxial Cable Wiring preparation: Prepare coaxial cables as shown as below. Strip back the cable jacket about 0.1 inches {3 mm) and separate the individual conductors. 2. Prepare the individual conductors for soldering or clamping. Turn on the End of wiring Power ON/OFF Switch of the TV camera. 2. Connect the power cord of the Indoor Receiver to a grounded electrical outlet, 24V AC. 3. Turn on the power ON/OFF Switch of the Indoor Receiver. Connection with TV Camera Camera Power Cable Connect the spade lug connectors to the 24V AC Power Terminal Strip of the lowvoltage camera, according to the diagram. Camera Cable Connect the Camera Cable to the video output connector of the lowvoltage camera.
