Devices supported
The TapeAssure LTFS service supports the LTO-5 and later generation tape devices and host bus
adaptors (HBAs) supported by HP LTFS.

NOTE:
Command View TL is only supported on Windows, requiring a mixed installation of Linux/MAC and
Windows servers for TapeAssure support. The Windows server can be any server accessible via the
LAN from the server running HP LTFS (firewalls permitting).
Prerequisites
Install HP LTFS before installing the TapeAssure LTFS service. HP LTFS is available from http://
www.hp.com/go/ltfs.
Command View TL is required to use the TapeAssure LTFS service.
