THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR INDIVIDUALS OVER THE AGE OF 35 OR PERSONS WITH PRE-EXISTING HEALTH PROBLEMS. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING ANY FITNESS EQUIPMENT. IMPEX INC. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS. 2 HARDWARE PACK 3 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required Assembling the Machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended two or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the Left Upright Beam (#1) and Right Upright Beam (#2) by a Cross Brace (#3) in the mid-span. Align the holes and secure each end of the Cross Brace with one 4 .” x 2” Bracket (#16), two M10 x 3 .” Carriage Bolts (#33), two . .” Washers (#43), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#47). B.) Place the Backrest Adjustment Bar (#5) in between the two Upright Beams on the selected bar holder to obtain desired incline of Backrest Board. C.) Insert two Crutches (#7) into the top openings on the Upright Beams. Push down the Plastic Sleeve (#31) until it locks in place. Secure the Crutches with two Lock Knobs (#30) through selected holes to obtain desired height of the Supports. DIAGRAM 1 4 STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Main Stabilizer (#13) to the Cross Brace (#3). Secure it with a 4 3/8” x 1 .” Bracket (#15), two M10 x 2 1/8” Carriage Bolts (#35), . .” Washers (#43), and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#47). B.) Attach the Front Support (#10) to the Main Stabilizer (#13). Secure it with one M10 x 2 3/8” Allen Bolt (#38) and . .” Washer (#43). C.) Attach one end of Man Seat Support (#4) to the Main Stabilizer (#13). Secure it with two M10 x 2 .” Carriage Bolts (#34), . .” Washers (#43), and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#47). D.) Attach the other end of Main Seat Support (#4) to the Front Support (#10). Secure it with two M10 x 1” Carriage Bolts (#36), . .” Washers (#43), and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#47). DIAGRAM 2 5 STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the hole-side of Backrest Supports (#9) to the pivot on the Main Seat Support (#4). Secure it with one M12 x 6” Hex Bolt (#40), two O1” Washers (#42), and one M12 Aircraft Nut (#46). Place the other end of Backrest Supports rest against the Backrest Adjustment Bar. B.) Place the Backrest Board (#17) onto the Backrest Supports (#9). Secure it with four M6 x 1 3/8” Hex Bolts (#41) and ..” Washers (#45). C.) Place the Seat (#18) onto the Main Seat Support (#4). Secure it with four M6 x 1 3/8” Hex Bolts (#41) and . .” Washers (#45). DIAGRAM 3 6 STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#6) to the open bracket on the Front Support (#10). Secure it with one M10 x 2 7/8” Allen Bolt (#37), two . .” Washers (#43), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#47). Do not over tighten the Nut and Bolt. Make sure the Leg Developer is able to swivel. B.) Insert two Foam Tubes (#8) halfway through the holes on the Leg Developer. Push four Foam Rolls (#20) onto the Foam Tubes. C.) Attach the Bar Holder (#12) to the Leg Developer (#6). Secure it with a L-shaped Pin (#48). Remove the Bracket when using the Leg Developer. D.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (#19) to the Arm Curl Stand (#11) then secure it with two M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#39) and two . 5/8” Washers (#44). E.) Insert the Arm Curl Stand (#11) into the top opening on the Front Support (#10). Secure it with a Lock Knob (#30). Use the Lock Knob to select the Arm Curl height. F.)
