12. A spotter is recommended during exercise. CARE AND MAINTENANCE 1. Lubricate moving parts with WD-40 or light oil periodically. 2. Inspect and tighten all parts before using the machine. 3. The machine can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent. DO NOT use solvents. 4. Maximum weight capacity: 300 lbs. Apply the label in location shown. 3 HARDWARE PACK 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required Assembling the Machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended two or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Attach two O 2 3/8” End Caps (#20) to the bottom of two Upright Beams (#1 & #2). B.) Connect the Left & Right Upright Beams (#1) & (#2) by the Cross Brace (#3) in the mid-span. Align the holes then secure each end of Cross Brace with one Bent Bracket (#13), two M10 x 3 1/8” Carriage Bolts (#28), two . .” Washers (#29), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#30). C.) Insert two Bar Holders (#4) into the top opening on the Upright Beams. Secure them with two M16 Lock Knobs (#18) through selected hole to obtain desired height of the Holders. D.) Place the Backrest Adjustment Bar (#5) in between the two Upright Beams. DIAGRAM 1 5 STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach a O 2 3/8” End Cap (#20) to the bottom of the Leg Developer Holder (#8). B.) Attach the Leg Developer Holder to the front of the Main Seat Support (#6). Secure it with three M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#38) and O 5/8” Washers (#33). C.) Attach the top of Diagonal Support (#7) to the Main Seat Support (#6). Secure it with one M8 x 2 1/8” Allen Bolt (#32), two O 5/8” Washers (#33) and one M8 Aircraft Nut (#34). Attach the bottom of the Diagonal Support to the Leg Developer Holder. Secure it with one M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolt (#38) and O 5/8” Washer (#33). D.) Attach the Rear of the Main Seat Support (#6) to the Cross Brace (#3). Secure it with one Flat Bracket (#14), two M10 x 2 .” Carriage Bolts (#31), two . .” Washers (#29), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#30). DIAGRAM 2 6 STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#9) to the Leg Developer Holder (#8). Secure it with one M8 x 3 1/8” Allen Bolt (#37), two . 5/8” Washers (#33), and one M8 Aircraft Nut (#34). B.) Insert one Foam Tube (#10) halfway through the hole on the Leg Developer Holder and two Foam Tubes halfway through the two holes on the Leg Developer (#9). C.) Push six Foam Rolls (#21) onto the Tubes from both ends. Attach a Spring Clip (#27) onto the weight post on the Leg Developer. DIAGRAM 3 7 STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the hole-side of the Backrest Supports (#12) to the pivot on the Main Seat Support (#6). Place the other end of Backrest Supports rest against the Backrest Adjustment Bar (#5). Place the Backrest Board (#15) onto the Backrest Supports. Secure it with four M6 x 1 3/8” Hex Bolts (#35) and . .” Washers (#36). B.) Place the Seat (#16) onto the Main Seat Support (#6). Secure it with four M6 x 1 3/8” Hex Bolts (#35) and O .” Washers (#36). DIAGRAM 4 8 STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (#17) to the Arm Curl Stand (#11). Secure it with two M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#38) and O 5/8” Washers (#33). B.) Insert the Arm Curl Stand into the opening on top of the Leg Developer Holder. Use a M10 Lock Knob (#22) to secure the desired height.
