All rights under this limited warranty on the Embedded Software also subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the terms of the Software License Agreement applicable to this television, and this limited warranty on the Embedded Software shall be null and void if the Embedded Software is modified or changed in any manner except as specifically authorized by MDEA. c. Labor. For thirty (30) days after the original purchase at retail, we will repair or replace, at our option, the lenticular screen if it proves defective. For certain items that are designed to be replaced by the consumer, including (but not limited to) some Embedded Software, the consumer is solely responsible for any replacement labor. For all other parts, we will provide the labor for a warranty repair by an authorized MITSUBISHI service center without charge for one (1) year from the original date of purchase at retail. d. Notice. To obtain warranty service, you must notify an authorized MITSUBISHI service center of any defect within the applicable warranty time period. e. This DLP Projection Television uses a single DLP chip to create the screen image. This technology creates the image using small dots, or picture elements (pixels). Your DLP Projection TV is manufactured to a high level of performance and quality, in fact, 99.99% perfect in the number of properly functioning pixels. As in other display technology, sometimes a pixel is continuously active, inactive or the incorrect color. Our standard is clear; MDEA warrants only that the percentage of properly functioning pixels will be not less than 99.99% of all pixels.
