Linux Device Mapper multipathing
When you use the Linux Device Mapper Multipath software with XP Cluster Extension, device read/write
permission changes are not dynamically detected by the operating system. For a workaround, see
“Re-scanning multipath devices” in the HP StorageWorks XP Cluster Extension Software Administrator
Guide.
NOTE:
For a list of the supported multipath software versions, see the XP array information on the HP SPOCK
website: http://www.hp.com/storage/spock.
