Tap here to call up files from the connected digital musical instrument to the File list. Tap here to call up files from the memory area for communicating with your computer to the File list. Tap here to call up your Dropbox files to the File list. Device list Selects the device. Opens the Filer display. Tap here to open the Rename window. Tap here to create a new folder. NOTE • Depending on the connected musical instrument, you can not make a folder to the Instrument device. • You can not make a folder to the Computer device. File list Indicates the files and folders in the selected device. Tap a folder to reveal its content. Opens the Utility display. MusicSoft Manager Owner’s Manual Deleting files or/and folders: 1. Tap [Select] in the top-right corner. 2. Select the files and/or folders you wish to delete. 3. Tap [Delete]. 4. Tap [OK] to confirm. Your files and/or folders will now be deleted. NOTE If you do not wish to proceed with deletion in step 4, tap [Cancel]. Moving or copying files and/or folders: 1. Tap [Select] in the top-right corner. 2. Select the files and/or folders you wish to move or copy. 3. Tap [Move] or [Copy]. 4. Select the destination device and folder. 5. Tap [Move Here] or [Copy Here] as appropriate to move or copy the selected files and/or folders. Your files and/or folders will now be moved or copied. NOTE • If you do not wish to proceed with moving or copying in step 5, tap [Cancel]. • Moving folder is not supported. • Protected file is indicated with a key mark on the file icon. Protected file can not be copied and can be moved only between the MusicSoft Manager and the musical instrument. MusicSoft Manager Owner’s Manual Copying files and/or folders from your computer to MusicSoft Manager: 1. Connect your iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad to your computer using the cable that came with it. 2. Launch iTunes on your computer. 3. Select your iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad from the Devices section of iTunes, click the Apps tab, scroll down to the File Sharing section, and select MusicSoft Manager to open the file sharing list. 4. Drag the files and/or folders you wish to copy from your computer into the file sharing list. Your files and/or folders will now be copied to the Computer device in MusicSoft Manager. Copying files and/or folders from MusicSoft Manager to your computer: 1. In MusicSoft Manager, copy the files and/or folders you wish to transfer to the Computer device. 2. Connect your iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad to your computer using the cable that came with it. 3. Launch iTunes on your computer. 4. Select your iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad from the Devices section of iTunes, click the Apps tab, scroll down to the File Sharing section, and select MusicSoft Manager to open the file sharing list. 5. Drag the files copied in Step 1 from the file sharing list to your computer. Your files and/or folders will now be copied to your computer.
