Click [Next>]. • This displays a USB drive selection screen. • If there is no USB memory connected to the computer, the message “USB memory could not be detected.” will appear. If this happens, connect the USB memory and wait until its USB memory drive name appears in the “USB Drive” box. 3. If there are multiple USB memories connected to the computer, click the [..] button to the right of the “USB Drive” box and select the name of the drive where you want to install Wireless Connection 3. 4. Click the [Next>] button. • This installs Wireless Connection 3 on the specified USB memory. The message “Wizard ended normally.” appears on the display after installation is complete. 5. Click [Exit] to close the token wizard screen. To use a USB token to connect a computer to the projector via wireless LAN Connect the USB token to the computer’s USB port and then double click the Wireless Connection 3 icon in the token. After Wireless Connection 3 starts up, you can perform the same operations you do when Wireless Connection 3 is installed on a computer. Note You cannot use the token wizard when you start up Wireless Connection 3 from a USB token. 38 Projecting from a Terminal with MobiShow Installed MobiShow is client software by AWIND that makes it possible to send data wirelessly from various types of mobile terminals to the projector for projection. MobiShow can be used to send photographs and presentation files to the projector and project them. To project from MobiShow 1. Using the procedure under “To switch between Default SSIDs” (page 30), select casiolpj_mobishow1, casiolpj_mobishow2, or casiolpj_mobishow3 as the SSID. • These are default SSIDs for the first connection with MobiShow. The following are the initial default settings of the security protocol and pass phrase. SSID Security Setting Initial Default Pass Phrase casiolpj_mobishow1 casiolpj1 casiolpj_mobishow2 WPA-PSK AES casiolpj2 casiolpj_mobishow3 casiolpj3 2. On the mobile terminal, start up MobiShow, log in to the projector, and then perform the projection operation. • For details about MobiShow operations, see the user documentation that comes with MobiShow. Important! Once you use the above procedure to establish a wireless LAN connection between the mobile terminal and projector, it is recommended that you create a new SSID and configure a pass phrase that is different from the initial default. After that, use the SSID you create to establish a wireless LAN connection. To create a new SSID, perform the following steps while there is a wireless LAN connection between the mobile terminal and projector. To create a projector’s new SSID by using a mobile terminal 1. Look up the projector’s IP address. • Perform the following steps to look up the projector’s current IP address. 1. Press the [MENU] key to display the setup menu. 2. Use the [..] and [..] keys to move the highlighting to “Wired LAN settings” and then press the [ENTER] key. 3. Use the [..] and [..] keys to move the highlighting to “Wired LAN info” and then press the [ENTER] key. 2. On the mobile terminal, start up your web browser and access the IP address that you looked up in step 1. • If the projector’s current IP address is 192.168.100.10, for example, you would access: “• This displays the top page of the projector’s System Admin page. 3. Click “System Admin”. On the password input screen that appears, enter the password. • The initial default password is “admin”. 39 4. Click the [Login] button. • This logs in to the System Admin page and displays the Status screen. From here, perform the procedure under “To configure security settings” (page 21), starting from step 2. Note • You can perform simultaneous projection over a wireless LAN connection of terminals with MobiShow installed and computers with Wireless Connection 3 installed. Use the procedure under “Establishing a Wireless LAN Connection after Configuring Security Settings” (page 23) to establish a wireless LAN connection between a computer and the Projector. When establishing a connection, input the passphrase for the projector’s SSID. • You can use the EZ-Converter FA software that comes with the projector to convert PowerPoint files to PtG files that can be played back using MobiShow. Also, you can play PtG files using the projector’s Viewer function. For more information, see the USB Function Guide on the CD-ROM that comes with the projector. The following conditions are required in order to do so. • The SSID of the Projector must be changed to any one of the following: casiolpj_mobishow1, casiolpj_mobishow2, or casiolpj_mobishow3.
