Dies ist die Umsetzung der EU-Richtlinie 2004/108/EG (fruher 89/336/EWG) in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Dieses Gerat ist berechtigt, in Ubereinstimmung mit dem Deutschen EMVG das EG-Konformitatszeichen -CE -zu fuhren.
