Aftertwo secondsof defrostoperation, the reversing valveshouldshift back to heating operation and the outdoor fan shouldstart. SYSTEMPERFORMANCE For maximumperformanceof this heatpump system,the operatingtemperaturesand pressureshouldbe checked and superheat determined at Standard ARItestconditionsof82°Foutdoor -80°Findoordrybulb/67°F wetburb.If the superheatmeasureddeviates from thevalues in the tablebelow,the refrigerant charge shouldbe adjustedaccordingly for maximum performance.
