ПРОСЛУШИВАНИЕ ЧЕРЕЗ НАУШНИКИ Наушники (3.5 мм) подключаются в гнездо PHONE (25). При подключении наушников динамики мангитолы автоматически отключаются. Настройка звучания осуществляется при помощи тех же регуляторов, как и при обычном прослушивании. ТЕХНИЧЕСКОЕ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ КОМПАКТ-ДИСК Для обеспечения нормального воспроизведения компакт-дисков следует соблюдать следующие требования. • Нельзя писать на поверхностях диска, особенно на поверхности без лейбла. Сигналы считываются с поверхности без лейбла. • Следует оберегать диски от воздействия прямых солнечных лучей, тепла и чрезмерной влажности. Если диск влажный, протрите его перед использованием мягкой сухой тканью. • При обращении с диском следует держать его за края. Отпечатки пальцев, грязь или влага на диске вызовут помехи или ошибку воспроизведения. Если диск загрязнен или его воспроизведение неправильное, следует очистить его мягкой сухой тканью, стирая загрязнения от центра к краям по радиусу. 12 О ENGLISH Recording on a cassette from which the tabs have been removed can be done by covering the tab openings with a piece of adhesive tape. CARE OF CASSETTE MECHANISM Gently clean the tape head and pinch wheel/capstan assemblies after every 10 hours of using the unit. A range of cassette care products are available. The erase head and record/play head and the surface of the pinch roller are delicate and must not be touched with metal objects such as screwdrivers. You may find it easier to clean the assembly by pressing the PLAY button to bring head and pinch roller into view. Be sure to press the STOP button After cleaning the mechanism. Damage to the pinch wheel can occur if the unit is left in PLAY mode with the power switch off. Under no circumstances should you attempt to lubricate any part of the machine. LISTENING TO COMPACT DISC (CD) Set FUNCTION SWITCH (2) to "CD" position. Open the CD door (15) to put in a compact disc. Close it and start reading. The LED indicator always shows the tracks of a disc which are still to be played. Total number of tracks of the disc are shown in stop mode. Playing The Entire Disc 1. Playback will start by pressing CD PLAY/PAUSE button (17), playback starts with the first track. The display will show the current track number. 2. To interrupt playback, press CD PLAY/PAUSE button (17). The CD PLAY/PAUSE INDICATOR will be flashing. 3. To resume playback, press CD PLAY/PAUSE button (17) once again. 4. To stop playback, press CD STOP button (18). Selecting A Different Track During Play 1. Press CD SKIP FORWARD/BACKWARD buttons (21, 22) on the unit continuously until the desired track number appears in the display. 2. Playback starts from the desired track. (Press CD PLAY/PAUSE button (17) to start playback in stop mode). Starting Again With The Track That Is Currently Playing 1. Press CD SKIP BACKWARD button (21) once. 2. The playback will start again from the beginning of the track. Stopping Play 1. Press CD STOP button (18) if you wish to stop play. REPEAT PLAY When playing, press REPEAT button (19) once. REPEAT INDICATOR (20) will light up and flash for playing the same track only. If repeat all tracks, press the REPEAT button (19) again, REPEAT INDICATOR (20) will light up. To cancel repeat play, press the REPEAT button (19) until the repeat indicator disappears. PROGRAM PLAY 1. Press "PROG" button (23) to make program memory in stop mode- 2. "01' will be shown flashing on the display, Program indicator (24) will light up and flash. 3. Press CD SKIP FORWARD/BACKWARD buttons (21, 22) to select a track number. The track number will show on display. 4. Press the" PROG" button (23) to store the track number. 5. "02" and program indicator (24) flashes again. Repeat step (3) to (4) to program other desired tracks. Total programs available are 20. 6. After finishing programming, press "PROG" button (23) once more and all the programmed track numbers will be shown one by one. 7. Press CD PI_AY/PAUSE button (17), playback will start from the first programmed track. 8. You can press CD SKIP FORWARD/BACKWARD buttons (21, 22) to select the track number in memory. 9. In stop mode, press STOP button (18) to cancel the program play and the program indicator will disappear. X-BASS SYSTEM The X-BASS BUTTON (7) controls the bass of the unit. Bass sound is the lower frequency ranges of sound. The knob can be pushed to OFF or ON position. When the X-BASS is on, the unit boosts (increases) the sound output of the bass frequencies.
