• Always unplug the car battery cord from the cigarette lighter jack before you unplug it from the VCP. • You must disconnect the car battery cord from the VCP before you can use standard AC electrical power. • If the vehicle’s engine is off, there will not be enough electrical voltage to operate the VCP. • Unplug the car battery cord from the cigarette lighter jack when you have finished using the VCP. 12 Remote Control Buttons EJECT Button Press to eject the tape. Set it to the same channel as the CH3/CH4 switch on the back of the VCP. 2 Insert a tape in the VCP. The power will come on and playback will start automatically.
