THE FCC WANTS YOU TO KNOW This equipment complies with the limits for a Class B digital device as specified in Part 15 of FCC Rules. These limits provide reasonable protection against radio and TV interference in a residential area. However, your equipment might cause TV or radio interference even when it is operating properly. To eliminate interference: • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. • Increase the distance between the equipment and the radio or TV. 6 Features 14-1265.fm Page 7 Wednesday, July 5, 2000 10:02 AM • Use outlets on different electrical circuits for the equipment and the radio or TV. We recommend RadioShack alkaline batteries. You can also use rechargeable nickel- cadmium batteries. If you use rechargeable batteries, you also need a battery charger (not supplied, available at your local RadioShack store). Cautions: • Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of batteries (standard, alkaline, or nickel-cadmium), or rechargeable batteries of different capacities. • Use only fresh batteries of the required size and type.
