OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS The Bravetti Glass Food Processor is an indispensable kitchen tool for blending, chopping, mixing or pureeing when preparing your favorite recipes. For best results, besure to carefully read all the instructions contained in this book before using this Operating: 1. Plug power cord into an electricaloutlet. 2. To turn the unit on, turn the speedcontrol more to the left until you get the speed that you desire. The speed can be adjusted while the unitis in use. 3. Now you are ready to use the food processor. Note: Please note that the maximum amount of liquid to be processed atone time is 1 cup. Exceeding thisquantity of liquid will cause overflow. Attention: Do NOT operate this unitcontinuously for more than 10-15seconds. 4. When you are finished using thefood processor, turn the unit “Off”. 5. Unlock the power unit and removefrom the food processor. 6. Remove the processor inner lid. Besure that all chopping blade has stopped rotating before you remove the processor inner lid. Warning: Do NOT operate thisappliance when empty. Using the Whipper: 1. Place the food processor bowl ontothe slip guard pad. 2. Insert the whipper onto the spindle. (Fig. 5) 3. Place the spindle with the whipperonto the locating pin in the food processor bowl. 4. Add ingredients that you wish toprocess into the bowl. 5. Place the processor inner lid ontothe bowl making sure that it is placed correctly onto the bowl. 6. Place the power unit onto the bowl. Turn the locking/unlocking button tothe left to lock the power unit inplace on the bowl. Slicing & Shredding Blades CAUTION: Make sure that the unit is unplugged from the power source before inserting or removing attachments. 1. Select the blade that you wish touse. (Fig. 6) 2. To insert the blade of your choiceinto the blade holder, place the longer tab of the blade into the bladeholder first. (Fig. 7) 3. Press the other end of the blade until it clicks into place. (Fig. 8) 4. Fit the processor bowl and spindle as detailed on the page 3. (Fig. 9) 5. Using the finger holes in the bladeholder, fit it over the spindle andplace spindle in processor bowl. (Fig. 10) WARNING: USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN HANDLING BLADES. BLADES ARE SHARP. 6. Place the processor inner lid onto the bowl making sure that it is placed correctly onto the bowl. (Fig. 11) 7. Place the power unit onto the bowl. Turn the locking/unlocking button to the left to lock the power unit inplace on the bowl. Never allow thepower unit to become wet when plugged into an electrical outlet. Warning: The power unit shouldnever be immersed in water. Caution: Make sure that the power unit is unplugged frompower source before attachingor removing any accessory. Speed Control & Locking/ Unlocking Button The speed control & locking/unlocking button that is on the power unit willautomatically lock the power unit onto theprocessor bowl when you turn it on. The food processor has a variable speedcontrol dial and “Pulse”. The speed can be adjusted while the food processor is in use.
