First, let’s just have the subject wave or perform some other simple movement as we shoot. 4. Next, shoot the same background again, but this time without the subject. After shooting the first image with the subject, have the subject exit the frame. Keep the camera still so you can maintain the same background composition as the first image (with the subject). When everything is ready, press the shutter button. Only one shot (not CS images) of the background is recorded at this time. Use the zoom button to adjust the size of the subject and use [8], [2], [4], and [6] to adjust its position. When everything is the way you want, press [SET]. The camera will not be able to crop the subject image properly if its color is the same as or similar to the background color. • Select a blank wall for the subject background, not one with a complex pattern or shapes.
