Personal Boxes This feature lets you set up the machine so that incoming messages addressed to certain users are stored in memory instead of being printed out immediately. Each user must be assigned a SUB Code (Personal Code) that has been designated as a Personal Box beforehand. When the other party sends their message, they specify the SUB code of the user they are sending to. When the message is received, it is stored in the Personal Box with the matching SUB Code. In order to print a message received into a Personal Box, you must enter the SUB code assigned to that Personal Box. This enables several individuals or departments to share a single fax machine yet be able to differentiate between messages. Furthermore, if you specify a receiver for the Personal Box, instead of being stored in memory, incoming messages with this SUB code appended are forwarded directly to the destination you specify.
