NOTE To cancel manual redialing, press [Stop/Reset]. When using memory sending to send a document and the recipient's line is busy, the machine will redial the number after an interval. The machine allows you to customize automatic redialing settings to suit your needs. (See "Customizing Automatic Redialing Settings" below.) NOTE To cancel automatic redialing, wait until the machine starts redialing, then press [Stop/ Reset] . follow the instructions in the LCD. NOTE If you frequently send documents to the same group of recipients, you can group these numbers for group dialing. This will allow you to send documents to all recipients in the group at the press of one or a few keys. Follow this procedure to send the same document to several recipients: 1 Place the document on the platen glass or load it in the ADF . press [FAX]. For details on how to place or load documents, see Chapter 3, "Document Handling," in the Basic Guide. NOTE If sending an A5-size document, align it with the A4-size marks on the platen glass, or adjust the slide guides to the A4 width and load the document in the ADF.
