Wear protective gloves if necessary. Step 1 Assemble bottom cart shelf and right side cart panel assembly by using four M6 X 60mm bolts with washers (hand tighten only at this point). Step 2 Assemble bottom cart shelf and left side cart panel assembly by using four M6 X 60mm bolts with washers. Tighten all eight M6 X 60mm bolts with washers at this time. 23 NOTE: With the help of a friend, turn the cart over.Try to minimize the stress to the side panels. Step 3 Attach locking casters to the bottom of the cart. Tighten caster bolts securely using hex nut wrench provided in parts pack. NOTE: With the help of a friend, turn the cart to its upright position. Step 4 Attach back cart panel by using six M6 X 60mm bolts with washers. NOTE: Leave bolts hand tight until Step 9. 24 Locking Caster Hex Nut Wrench Spring Pin 25 Step 5 Install door bracket using the four M6 X 60mm bolts with washers. Make sure door stop is set toward back of cart. NOTE: Leave bolts hand tight until Step 9. Step 6 Insert right side door pivot into the hole in bottom cart shelf. Then align door with cart frame, depress spring pin located on top edge of door and slide door toward side cart panel until spring pin locks into hole in door bracket. Repeat for other door. Door Pivot 26 Step 7 Attach the grease cup bracket onto the back cart panel by inserting the three tabs into the slots on the back cart panel. NOTE: When performing Step 8, Lift grill body from front and rear panels to avoid injury to hands and fingers. Step 8 With the help of a friend, place grill body assembly on grill cart. Grill body will rest between upper side sections of cart. Align front edge of grill body assembly with front edges of cart frame legs. Secure using four M6 X 12mm bolts. At this point, fully tighten six bolts holding back panel from Step 4 and four bolts holding door bracket. Grease Cup Bracket Alignment Step 9 Attach side table to left side of cart frame assembly. Insert four M6 X 12mm round head bolts halfway into cart frame assembly. Step 10 Place table keyholes over bolts and slide down, then tighten securely. Step 11 Attach side burner to right side of cart frame assembly. Insert four M6 X 12mm round head bolts halfway into cart frame assembly. Step 12 Place side burner keyholes over bolts and slide down, then tighten securely. Fasten side burner front panel to grill body with one M6 X 12mm round head bolt. Step 13 Remove two M4 X 10mm bolts and spring washers from the side burner valve. Insert the side burner valve stem through the hole in the side burner table base, then firmly seat the valve nozzle into the burner venturi. Hold in place while you perform Step 14. Warning: Never use your grill without leak testing all gas connections and hoses. See the section on "Leak Testing" in this manual for proper procedures. Step 14 Place the bezel over the valve stem and position over holes in side burner base and side burner valve assembly. Attach with two M4 X 10mm bolts with spring washers which come with valve. Then install the side burner control knob onto valve stem. Step 15 Attach side burner igniter lead to the electrode as illustrated. Side Burner Valve Burner Venturi Valve Nozzle Side Burner Igniter Electrode Lead Side burner grate Grease Tray Grease Cup Step 16 Place side burner grate over side burner. Step 17 Insert grease tray into opening on backside of grill. Make sure to slide tray onto tracks as illustrated. Step 18 Slide grease cup into grease cup bracket located under grill bottom on backside of grill. 30 Step 19 Place the heat distribution plates on lower level of grill body assembly directly above burners. Step 20 Place cooking grills on support ribs directly above heat distribution plates. Step 21 Place warming rack in slots above cooking grills. Step 22 Remove igniter cap and insert battery with positive end of battery toward igniter cap. Ensure spring is in place inside igniter cap. Replace igniter cap and make sure the igniter is working properly. Step 23 Slide small basket into slots located on inside of left door.
