Lay cardboard down to protect grill finish and assembly area. Step 1 Attach cart base to side panels. Insert four M6 X 12mm bolts (silver) through cart base and into legs and tighten securely. Step 2 Attach back panel to legs using four M6 X 12mm bolts (silver). Step 3 With the help of a friend, turn the cart assembly over. Try to minimize the stress to the legs. Step 4 Attach locking casters to the bottom of the left side cart panel. Tighten caster bolts securely using hex nut wrench provided in parts pack. Locking Caster Hex Nut Wrench Tire Leg Washer Wheel axle bolt Hubcap Hubcap Step 5 Install the wheels as illustrated, by inserting the wheel axle bolts through the wheels, washers and right side panel axle holes. Tighten axle bolts securely using hex nut wrench provided in parts pack. Step 6 Snap wheel hub caps onto the outside of wheels as illustrated. NOTE: With the help of a friend, turn the cart to its upright position. Step 7 Attach the grease cup bracket onto the back panel by inserting the three tabs into the slots on the back cart panel. Step 8 Attach the loop strap bracket onto the bottom panel by using two M6 x 12mm bolts. Step 9 Attach tank heat shield to heat shield plate using one #8 self-tapping screw. Step 10 Attach heat shield plate to the front legs of cart frame assembly using four M6 X 12mm bolts (silver) and star washers (silver). Step 11 Attach heat shield plate to back panel using three #8 self-tapping screws. Heat Shield Plate Tank Heat Shield Heat Shield Plate Heat Shield Plate 26 NOTE: When performing Step 12, Lift grill body from front and rear panels to avoid injury to hands and fingers. Step 12 With the help of a friend, place grill body assembly on cart frame. Grill body will rest on angled base of vertical supports. Align bolt holes located on the outside of the grill body assembly. Secure using four M6 X12mm bolts (black) with star washers (black). Step 13 Insert right side door over lower pivot (on bottom cart panel) then align door with cart frame. Depress spring pin located on top edge of door and slide door toward side cart panel until spring pin locks into hole in door bracket. Repeat for other door. Grill Body Assembly Spring Pin Lower Pivot Step 14 Attach side table to left side of cart frame assembly. Insert two M6 X 12mm bolts (silver) halfway into each left leg. Place table over bolts and slide toward front of grill, then tighten securely. Fasten side table front panel to grill body with one M6 X 12mm bolt (silver). Step 15 Attach side burner assembly to right side of cart frame assembly. Insert two M6 X 12mm bolts (silver) halfway into each left leg. Place side burner assembly over bolts and slide toward front of grill, then tighten securely. Fasten side burner front panel to grill body with one M6 X 12mm bolt (silver). Step 16 Attach the hose heat shield to the right side of the cart frame using two #8 self-tapping screws. Hose Heat Shield Side Burner Valve Burner Venturi Valve Nozzle Side Burner Control Knob Bezel Step 17 Remove two bolts and washers from the side burner valve. Insert the side burner valve assembly through the hole in the side burner table base, then firmly seat the valve nozzle into the burner venturi. Hold in place while you perform Step 18. Warning: Never use your grill without leak testing all gas connections and hoses. See the section on “Leak Testing” in this manual for proper procedures. Step 18 Place the bezel over the control knob mounting stem and position over holes in side burner base and side burner valve assembly. Attach with two M4 bolts with spring washers which come with valve. Then install the side burner control knob onto valve stem. Step 19 Place the side burner grate onto the side burner table. S...
