Additional explanation
Since the Harmonized Standard in accordance with Radio Directive 2014/53/EU has not
firmly established yet, OLYMPUS shall apply the test method to meet the Harmonized
Standard in accordance with Radio Directive 1999/5/EC for OLYMPUS products.
Therefore, OLYMPUS shall issue the “Declaration of Conformity” in accordance with Radio
Directive 1999/5/EC.
Right after the Harmonized Standard in accordance with Radio Directive 2014/53/EU has
been firmly established, OLYMPUS shall issue the “Declaration of Conformity” in
accordance with Radio Directive 2014/53/EU.
