This problem could be due to the battery pack not being installed properly. To solve this problem, turn off your computer and remove the battery pack. Then reinstall the battery pack to the computer. The effect settings on your software application may cause dropped frames. See the help file included with your software application for more information. . To reduce flicker noise, change the direction of the camera or the brightness of camera images. In some software applications, you can set an appropriate value to one of the camera properties (e.g. light source, flicker, etc.) to eliminate flicker noise.
